Andy Serkis Confirms Role In The Avengers: Age of Ultron
In a recent interview with Variety about his role as Caesar in the upcoming film “Dawn of The Planet of The Apes”, motion-capture specialist Andy Serkis might have let it slip that he will be doing much more than consulting on the new film “The Avengers: Age of Ultron”
When asked about being involved with both Star Wars and The Avengers sequel Serkis said “I’m playing a role (in both films)”. Serkis did not specify what his role in the film would be, but when asked if we would be able to see his face in the film Serkis replied “I’m not at liberty to mention. But it’s all the same to me”
At this time Marvel has yet to release a statement on what Serkis role would be in the upcoming film. Sure Serkis has done “ordinary” acting roles in the past so he could be playing a regular character, but with the world of Marvel filled with endless possibilities when it comes to characters its more than likely the actor formally known as Gollum in the Lord of The Rings movies we play the role of a CGI-animated character.
